Resident Johnny Miller left us a rave review saying how much he loves the Metropolitan’s staff, amenities, and reasonable price. He even mentions how friendly the community members are. “I have been living here one month. I moved here after living in my own home for 35 years. I thought it would be like a nursing home and I would hate it. Lol. This has been a great experience. The property and the amenities are very well kept. The maintenance staff are extremely responsive to our needs. They are polite and like what they do. The community members are very pleasant and friendly. Friendships seem to occur between many residents which creates a lot of harmony.
Management, they are extremely hardworking to make sure everything runs smoothly which can’t be easy with so many residents. They are continually creating events in order for residents to meet. They are kind. All of them remember our names. They are professional beyond measure. They manage drama smoothly and resolve issues to maintain harmony in the community. Most of all, they will laugh at your bad jokes. Lol.
As to the rents etc. to live here, they are priced to the market with better amenities, better location, better management and maintenance staff than I would have expected. Just aside, my best friend, whom moths fly out of his wallet when he opens it, told me to stay here as to price and the quality.
