Apartment complex continues leasing Metropolitan, a 179-unit apartment complex in Wilton Manors, is 75 percent leased, developer Ascend Properties announced. The $35 million project opened last year at 1220 NE 24th St., within walking distance of Wilton Drive. The complex has studios to three bedrooms, with rents ranging from $1,514 to $2,966 a month. Amenities include an art park, internet cafe, a clubhouse and a fitness and yoga studio. An on-site spa offers massages, waxing, acupuncture and other services. The apartment also has special events, including cooking classes and Sunday brunches. “The design, amenities and finishes we offer are virtually indistinguishable from nearby condos — and our residents are able to enjoy this lifestyle at a fraction of the cost,” Kenneth Sanchez, business manager of Metropolitan, said in a statement.
